Architectural Design V
This semester, AD V is focusing on the idea of place-making for urban communities and students are dealing with urban blocks that sit within a dense urban environment. This module highlights the notion of place-making and that the architecture that responds to this notion. The project is divided into 2 categories which are the urban contextual study and architectural design development and this development of studies will make a better progression and achievement in the final outcome of architectural design that responds to the urban character.

To conduct a series of studies from macro to micro context through Kevin Lynch's legibility analysis, the 6 dimensions, as well as the precedents in order to understand the urban block and community centre theories under the tropical climate context.
01b & c
Designing the Community Centre for the Creative City based on the studies that have been developed in project 1a. To be considering and include the legislative restrictions that impact the architectural scheme, the integration of acoustic and lighting design and the coherence of design language in facade and building envelops.
