By completing this project, I have gained in-depth knowledge of sustainability issues in architecture. I have a better understanding of flood in the Malaysian context and the potential solutions that can be implemented to improve flood resilience, which is under the categories such as urban planning including hardscape and softscape planning, technologies, as well as materials. Besides, reading through journal articles from different aspects really widen my perspectives and knowledge in terms of opening up my mind, and thinking deeply, theoretically and practically. Moreover, alongside with my self-learning of these strategies, the support and assistance from lecturers and my groupmate really help and clarify me a lot during the process.
